A top-tier supplier should offer CNC precision cutting for specific shapes, self-adhesive backing for easy installation, and heat-embossing for aesthetic patterns. They should also be able to adjust the thickness (typically 9mm to 50mm) and stiffness based on whether the fleece is used as a wall panel, ceiling baffle, or internal cavity filler.

Always request a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) by a third party like SGS or Intertek. Specifically, ask the inspector to perform a flame retardancy spot test and verify the weight per square meter, as some suppliers may reduce density to save costs, which significantly compromises sound absorption.

Acoustic fleece is a high-volume, low-weight (bulky) cargo, which can lead to high shipping costs based on volumetric weight.
