Buyers should prioritize thermal management; if the amplifier generates significant heat, the front panel should incorporate integrated heat sink fins or ventilation slots. Additionally, check for recessed mounting holes to allow for flush-mount screws, which prevents snagging and improves the industrial design. For digital amplifiers, ensure the IR receiver window uses high-transparency acrylic or glass that does not interfere with remote control signals.

Aluminum panels are highly susceptible to scratching. You must mandate individual PE bag packaging followed by protective film (blue or clear) on the decorative face. For bulk shipments, require custom foam inserts (EPE) and double-walled corrugated master cartons with edge protectors to prevent denting during transit.

Focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) rather than just the unit price. Request a breakdown of tooling costs (jig fees) versus unit costs.
