Request glossy or matte film lamination to provide water resistance and prevent tearing. For the sound file, use MP3 or WAV formats with at least 128kbps to maintain audio quality during the compression process for the IC chip.

Cost is heavily influenced by the total duration of sound and the number of trigger buttons. Reducing the sound length to under 60 seconds can significantly lower IC chip costs. Additionally, bulk orders exceeding 3,000 units usually trigger a significant price break, as the fixed costs for printing plates and mold injection for the plastic housing are amortized over more units.

Sound books contain button cell or lithium batteries, which are classified as Section II Dangerous Goods in air freight. For sea freight, this is less restrictive but still requires proper declaration to avoid customs seizures or fines.
