Request a Production Monitoring service or a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) to check the actual density and thickness against the proforma invoice. Always ask for a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before finalizing the deal.

Focus on Tiered Pricing based on volume; for orders exceeding a 40HQ container, you can typically negotiate a 5-10% discount. Discuss payment terms such as 30% deposit and 70% against the Bill of Lading (B/L). Additionally, negotiate for extra rolls of FSK tape or repair kits to be included as value-added items.
