Explicitly state in the contract that the molds are the property of the buyer and cannot be used for third-party production. Request that the supplier destroys or returns defective units to prevent 'grey market' leaks.

The biggest risk is 'Plating Variance', where the bulk color differs from the approved sample. To mitigate this, require the supplier to use Pantone color matching for enamel fills and provide a limit sample range (showing acceptable light/dark deviations). Conduct a Pre-shipment Inspection (PSI) to check for surface scratches, burrs, and plating consistency across the entire batch.

Metal logos are high-density items. For quantities under 50kg, International Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) is most efficient due to fast customs clearance. For larger volumes, Air Freight is a balanced choice.
