High-quality cartridges also feature a reinforced base to prevent leakage under pneumatic pressure.

Silicone cartridges are prone to cracking if compressed. Require the supplier to use double-wall corrugated export cartons and palletization with stretch wrap. Ensure the stacking limit is clearly marked to prevent the bottom layers from collapsing under the weight of the container load.

Focus on tooling costs and customization. If you require a custom logo (silk-screen printing or In-Mold Labeling), negotiate a rebate on the mold fee once your cumulative order volume reaches a certain threshold (e.g., 50,000 units). Always request a pre-production sample to test with your specific filling machine before authorizing mass production.
