Look for Audited Suppliers who have undergone on-site inspections by third-party agencies like SGS or Intertek. Check their Production Capacity and Export Experience specifically for your target market. Requesting a Video Audit of the assembly line and the leakage testing station is a highly effective way to ensure quality control before balance payment.

Negotiate based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Instead of just pushing for a lower unit price, ask for 1-2% free spare parts (such as faucets, silicone tubes, and switches) to handle local warranty claims. For orders exceeding 500 units, request OEM branding and customized packaging at no extra cost to increase your brand equity.

Before finalizing the Proforma Invoice, confirm the Voltage (110V/220V) and Frequency (50Hz/60Hz) requirements. More importantly, specify the Plug Type (e.g., Type G for UK, Type B for US). Using a supplier that offers detachable power cords can simplify inventory management across multiple regions.
