Selecting the material depends on the environment. For heavy-duty industrial use, Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel is the standard due to its high load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance. For chemical plants or coastal areas, FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) is superior as it is non-conductive and acid-resistant. Request a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to verify the zinc coating thickness using a magnetic gauge and perform a load test on a random sample. Ensure the supplier provides a Mill Test Certificate (MTC) to prove the raw material grade.
