Our company is located in Suzhou city, close to Shanghai, just a 1.5-hour drive from PVG airport.

Q:Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a manufacturer focusing on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, pass boxes, dispensing booths, laminar air flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and hermetic doors & windows.

Q:What is your lead time for orders?

If you buy goods without AHU, the lead time is 10 days. For cleanroom projects including AHU, the lead time is 35 days.

Q:How long is the warranty and what after-sale service is provided?

Our warranty is 2 years since the project is done. During this time, we replace any problematic parts. If you cannot handle the issue, we send an engineer to solve it without any charge.

Q:Can you provide cleanroom validation documents?

Yes, we provide documentary of DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, as well as FAT & SAT. We also supply product operation manuals, maintenance guidance, and the whole set of cleanroom drawings.
