Q:What is your lead time?

If the order includes a cleanroom project with AHU, the lead time is 35 days. For goods without AHU, the lead time is 10 days.
Q:How long is your warranty and what after-sale service do you provide?

Our warranty is 2 years from project completion. We replace defective parts and send engineers to solve problems without charge if you cannot handle it.
