Our company is located in Suzhou city, close to Shanghai, 1.5h driving from PVG airport.

Q:Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a manufacturer focusing on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, pass boxes, dispensing booths, Laminar air flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and hermetic doors & windows.

Q:What is your lead time?

If the project includes an AHU, the lead time is 35 days. If buying goods without an AHU, the lead time is 10 days.

Q:How long is the warranty and what after-sale service is provided?

The warranty is 2 years since the project is done. During this time, we replace any problematic items. If you cannot handle it, we send an engineer to solve it without any charge.

Q:Can you provide cleanroom validation documents?

Yes, we provide documentary of DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, as well as FAT & SAT, product operation manuals, maintenance guidance, and the whole set of clean room drawings.
