Q:What is your lead time?

For cleanroom projects including AHU, the lead time is 35 days. For goods without AHU, the lead time is 10 days.

Q:How long is your warranty and what after-sale service do you provide?

Our warranty is 2 years since the project is done. During this time, we replace defective parts and send engineers to solve problems without charge if you cannot handle it.
