Q:Where is your company located?

Our company is located in Suzhou city, close to Shanghai, just a 1.5-hour drive from PVG airport.

Q:Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a manufacturer focusing on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, pass boxes, dispensing booths, Laminar air flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and hermetic doors and windows.

Q:What is your lead time?

If the cleanroom project includes an AHU, the lead time is 35 days. If you buy goods without an AHU, the lead time is 10 days.

Q:How long is the warranty and what after-sale service is provided?

Our warranty is 2 years since the project is done. During the warranty period, if there are problems, we will replace the parts. If you cannot handle it, we will send an engineer to solve it without any charge.

Q:Can you provide cleanroom validation?

Yes, we can provide documentary of DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, as well as FAT & SAT. We also provide product operation manuals, maintenance guidance, and a whole set of clean room drawings.
