Q:What is your lead time?

If the order includes an AHU for a cleanroom project, the lead time is 35 days. For goods without an AHU, the lead time is 10 days.

Q:How long is the warranty and what after-sale service is provided?

The warranty is 2 years from project completion. We replace defective parts and send engineers to solve problems without charge if you cannot handle it.
