Our company is located in Suzhou city, close to Shanghai, just a 1.5-hour drive from PVG airport.

Q:Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a manufacturer focusing on cleanroom projects, air showers, FFUs, pass boxes, dispensing booths, Laminar air flow hoods and benches, AHUs, and hermetic doors and windows.

Q:What is your lead time for orders?

If the cleanroom project includes an AHU, the lead time is 35 days. If you buy goods without an AHU, the lead time is 10 days.

Q:How long is the warranty and what after-sale service is provided?

Our warranty is 2 years since the project is done. During the warranty period, we will replace any problematic parts. If you cannot handle the issue, we will send an engineer to solve it without any charge.

Q:Can you provide cleanroom validation documents?

Yes, we can provide documentary of DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ, as well as FAT and SAT. We also provide product operation manuals, maintenance guidance, and the whole set of clean room drawings.
