Our vertical bead mill features a screen-free centrifugal separation system and no mechanical seal design, which eliminates clogging and sealing issues. It achieves over 50 percent higher grinding efficiency than traditional horizontal mills, with narrower particle size distribution.

Using zirconia beads of 0.03-2.0mm, it can achieve controllable grinding from micron to submicron and nano scale. The centrifugal separation system ensures fine particles are discharged in time while larger particles remain for further grinding, resulting in uniform particles with narrow size distribution.
