It is widely used for wet grinding and dispersing of paints, inks, pigments, coatings, lithium battery materials, and high-purity electronic materials like MLCC and silicon nitride. The grinding chamber can be customized with zirconia, silicon carbide, polyurethane, or alloy steel to prevent contamination.

Using zirconia beads of 0.03-2.0mm, it can achieve controllable grinding from micron to submicron and nano scale. The centrifugal separation system ensures fine particles are discharged in time while larger particles remain for further grinding, resulting in uniform particles with narrow size distribution.

The screen-free design eliminates clogging and the need for spare screens, ensuring continuous production without interruptions. The seal-free design removes the most common failure point in bead mills, extending service life and reducing maintenance costs by over 30 percent.
