Using zirconia beads of 0.1-1.5mm, it can achieve controllable grinding from micron to submicron and nano scale, with fineness below 30nm when using 0.03-0.05mm beads.

Our vertical bead mill features a screen-free centrifugal separation system and no mechanical seal design, which eliminates clogging and sealing issues. It achieves over 50 percent higher grinding efficiency than traditional horizontal mills, with narrower particle size distribution.
