( this is not contained in the warranty) 3)The indirect damage that user lost the appliance chance or business break off due to reducer breakdown. 4)Other derivative and accompanying damages.

Q:What is your lead time?

Generally speaking, we keep many stocks of regular standard products, if shortage of stocks, it will need 15-20 days, a bit longer for customized products. But we are very flexible on the lead time, it will depend on the specific orders.

Q:Can I get the 3D and 2D drawings?

Sure, we have the standard drawings. Also, the input size of the gearbox can be customized according to different motors.

Q:Do you have an individual design service?

Yes, we would like to design products individually for our customers, but it may need some mold development costs and design charges.
