How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can request samples. If you accept 1-3pcs similar products as samples, they are free (freight charged). For small-scale production samples, a cost is charged but refundable after order confirmation if quantity exceeds MOQ.

What are your payment terms?

For payments <=5000 USD, 100% in advance. For payments >=5000 USD, 30% in advance, balance before shipment.

How long is your production lead time?

Normally, we need about 15 days for production. We ship goods ASAP on the premise of ensuring quality.

Can you send products to my country?

Yes, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you.
