Q:What does "5-layer" mean?

From inside to outside: inner PVC tube, first fiber braided layer, middle bonding PVC layer, second fiber braided layer, outer protective PVC layer. Three PVC rubber layers plus two fiber reinforcing layers make the hose strong and pressure-resistant.
Q:Will the layers separate or peel off after long use?
A:
No. The middle PVC bonding layer tightly connects two fiber layers as a whole. Even after frequent bending and high-pressure work, it won't delaminate or bulge.
Q:What working pressure can this hose bear?
A:
Its standard working pressure ranges from 10 bar to 40 bar, and the burst pressure is over 3 times the working pressure, safe for daily high-pressure water and gas delivery.
Q:Can it resist sunlight and outdoor aging?
A:
Sure. The outer PVC layer adds anti-UV and anti-aging ingredients. It resists sun radiation, rain and wind, and can be placed outdoors all year round without cracking quickly.
Q:What medium can this hose transport?
A:
It supports multiple media: clean water for cleaning and irrigation, compressed air for air compressors & pneumatic tools; the welding special version can deliver oxygen, acetylene and other welding gas. At the same time, it supports weak acids, weak bases, and oily liquids.
