Q:How can I request samples?

Please contact our customer service and inform us of your detailed requirements. We will provide samples in A4 size free of charge. You only need to pay for the postage. If you have already placed an order, we will send the samples for free using our express account.

Q:What is your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?

Our minimum order quantity is 1,000 meters per color. Production is also possible for quantities less than 1,000 meters, but an additional fee will be charged. If you need remaining stock items, we can also provide them, but you need to check with our salesperson first.

Q:Can you customize fabrics based on my designs or existing materials?

Q:What are your payment terms?
