Sanded Glass Paint

Overly thick coating in a single application, repeated brushing back and forth, using too hard a brush. Solution: Use a soft-bristled brush, apply in a single direction with light strokes, apply thinly in multiple layers, and avoid thick and cumulative brushing.

The paint was not mixed evenly, with varying thicknesses in different areas, and was applied in a dry brushing manner. Solution: Before construction, ensure thorough mixing of the paint. Apply it evenly throughout the process. After it dries, apply another layer.

One case: too thick coating, poor ventilation in the environment, and the paint film was not dry when re-coating. Solution: Apply in small amounts and in multiple thin layers. Wait until the first layer is completely dry before proceeding with the second coating.

The surface of the glass is contaminated with oil, dust, water stains and fingerprints, and the base surface is not clean. Solution: Before construction, thoroughly wipe the glass with alcohol to ensure it is clean, dry and free of oil stains before proceeding with the work.

Low temperature, high humidity, poor ventilation, thick coating. Solution: Conduct construction at normal temperature with ventilation, enhance ventilation, and strictly apply thin coating to accelerate the drying speed.
