Adopting SVPWM, SVC and FVC algorithms, FD300 achieves dynamic response within 20ms. It supports PMSM and direct drive motors, with speed control range up to 1:1000 in FVC mode.
Stable operation as low as 0.01Hz. It provides 150% starting torque at 0.25Hz (SVC) with low torque ripple, delivering smooth operation for heavy-load and high-precision scenarios.
Multiple braking modes realize fast and safe stop for large inertia loads. The flying start function enables smooth restart of rotating motors.

Q:What types of motors is the FD300 compatible with?

The FD300 drives a wide range of motors, including Asynchronous Motors (Induction), Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM), Direct Drive Motors, and Servo Motors.
Q:Is a braking resistor included?
A:
The FD300 has a built-in braking transistor. For models 37kW and below, the braking unit is standard. For 45kW to 110kW models, a built-in braking unit is available as an option.
Q:Does it come with an EMC filter?
A:
Yes, all 380V class FD300 drives come standard with a built-in C3 EMC filter, suitable for industrial environments. A C2 filter (for civilian environments) is available as an option.
Q:What communication protocols are supported?
A:
Standard configuration includes RS485. Optional expansion cards support Ethernet, CANopen, PROFIBUS DP, and PROFINET.
Q:Can I use it with an encoder?
A:
Yes. The FD300 supports various encoder interfaces (differential, resolver, collector) and has standard high-speed pulse inputs for closed-loop vector control.
