Yes. We have extensive experience in designing multi-voltage solutions (e.g., 6.6kV/15kV to 400V) for regions with complex grid requirements, such as the DR Congo and other African markets.
Q:What cooling and insulation classes do you offer?

We offer both Oil-Immersed (ONAN/ONAF) and Dry-Type (Cast Resin) transformers. Our insulation classes typically range from Class F to Class H, ensuring high thermal stability and a long service life.
Q:How do you ensure the quality of the silicon steel and windings?
A:
We use high-permeability, cold-rolled grain-oriented (CRGO) silicon steel to minimize no-load losses. For windings, we offer 99.9% pure electrolytic copper or high-grade aluminum based on client specifications. Every batch of raw material undergoes strict incoming inspection.
Q:What factory tests are performed before shipment?
A:
Every unit undergoes 100% routine tests including: Voltage ratio and polarity checks, Insulation resistance tests, No-load and load loss measurements, Dielectric tests (Applied and induced voltage). (Optional) Type tests like temperature rise and lightning impulse tests can be arranged.
