Mature milling structure with precision docking achieves milling error less than or equal to 2mm. Arc milling cutter rounds J/C-shape corners for a fuller, elegant profile.
One-click switching of shape and plate thickness. Recipe management stores parameters (thickness, speed, glue amount) -recall and run with a single tap.
Pre-milling, gluing, pressing, end cutting, rough/fine trimming, scraping, polishing -all in one pass at 10-12 m/min, no manual intervention.
5 baking lamps pre-soften the strip; pneumatic pressure rollers ensure J/C-shape profiles bond tightly - no peeling, no gaps.
Rough trim - fine trim to smooth R profile - floating top-flat/bottom-arc scrapers - double polishing motors remove glue marks for a flawless finish.
