Engineered for inner contour sealing (inner circles, ellipses, rounded rectangles)
Supports workpieces with min. inner diameter 160mm & inner arc radius less than or equal to 150mm, solves tricky inner curve edge banding jobs.
Separate 2L glue machine. Compatible with PUR/EVA hot melt glue. Strong moisture-proof bonding, invisible glue line, works for PVC, ABS, melamine & custom veneer tapes.
Proprietary U-shaped guide, no manual pre-cutting of edge tape. Auto continuous feeding. Two-way spray nozzle prevents glue buildup on bonding wheel, cuts manual cleaning work.
No custom tooling required, quickly switch between simple & complex inner curves. Auxiliary hot air heating softens edge band before pressing, improves bonding & reduces operator learning cost.
Central touch screen for parameter setting. Dual pedals for real-time operation: left pedal adjusts feeding speed 0-15cm/s; right pedal controls tape feeding & precise cutting.
