Q:What is the tightest tolerance you can achieve on CNC machining?

Normally 0.01mm for CNC turning & milling. Tolerance depends on part structure, size and material. We will confirm feasibility before production.

Q:How do you control dimension accuracy?

We use calipers, micrometers and CMM for inspection. First article inspection, in-process check and final inspection are applied for every batch.

Q:What drawing formats do you accept?

We accept STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, PDF, DWG. Physical samples are also acceptable if you do not have 3D files.
