What is your MOQ? Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

There is no MOQ for our standard colours, though the unit price is higher for small quantities. For custom colors, the MOQ is 150,000 pieces. Orders below 150,000 pieces are subject to an additional charge assessed according to the printing requirements.

Accepted Answer

The price shown in the listing is for display purposes only. The exact quotation is calculated precisely based on your order quantity, whether customization is required (such as logo printing), the shipping method and the sterilization requirements.

What is your delivery lead time? I need to restock urgently

Accepted Answer

For standard orders, we ship within 3-5 working days after payment.
For customized items, the lead time is 10 to 15 working days.
For rush orders, a rush surcharge applies, determined on a case-by-case basis.

I am ready to place an order. What are the payment terms?

Accepted Answer

A 50% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 50% paid in full before shipment. We support various payment methods, including T/T and Alipay.

Is there after-sales protection? What if the goods arrive with quality problems?

Absolutely guaranteed. We have been running this factory for more than twenty years. Should you find any quality issue on receipt, such as damage or a size mismatch, send us photos or a video immediately and we will deal with it at once. In addition, before the bulk shipment is dispatched we will send you an inspection video to ensure the goods you receive match the samples.

What happens if a quality problem occurs?

We have a dedicated after-sales team assigned to your case, and we are also familiar with capping machines, so we can help resolve most issues. If the caps genuinely cannot be used due to a problem with the caps or with our factory, we offer a full refund.

Domestically, we hold ISO system certification and the QS production licence. Internationally, we have FDA and SGS testing as well as FSSC 22000 certification.

What is your sample policy and what are the costs?

Standard sample kits are provided free of charge (50% of the freight is included).
    Non-standard samples that require new tooling or mould modification are subject to a sample fee.
    Lead time: 3-7 working days for existing products; 10-25 working days for customized items.
   Transit time is calculated separately according to the destination.
