Q:Where is your factory located and how can I visit?

Our factory is located in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, just 2 hours by train from Shanghai.

Q:How can I get samples and how long does it take?

Samples are free, but new clients must pay express delivery costs which will be deducted from the formal order. Samples are sent within 2-5 days and arrive within 3-7 days.

Q:How long is the delivery time for mass production?

It depends on order quantity and season, usually taking about 10 to 20 days.

Q:What are your payment terms?
