AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryACE Container & Parts Co., Limited is a limited company supplying containers, reefer containers, offshore containers, corner parts, and container corner castings. It reports OEM and ODM capabilities and offers multiple forms of customization, but does not provide 3D software design services and reported no new products in the past year. Its R&D resources and quality-control documentation appear limited: one R&D engineer is assigned to after-sales maintenance, testing equipment is recorded as zero, and required R&D audit documents are unavailable. The supplier has no overseas showrooms, agents, branches, or offline trade-show participation, and no export method is stated despite a reported 13 years of exporting. After-sales complaint handling and corrective-action procedures have no written procedures or records. An audit by CTI was reported with validity from February 19, 2025 to February 18, 2026, but the evaluation result is recorded as 0.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a limited company with no stated affiliation to a larger group. Its listed business and primary products are containers, reefer containers, offshore containers, corner parts, and container corner castings.

After-Sales capabilityOne R&D engineer is assigned to after-sales maintenance, indicating some after-sales resource. However, the supplier has no written procedures or records for effective customer complaint handling or corrective and preventive actions, and its overseas service coverage is absent, with no overseas agents, branches, showrooms, or stated service countries.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no new products in the past year, no available SDK, one R&D engineer whose stated responsibility is after-sales maintenance, and no available R&D design-input, output, review, verification, or validation documents. It does offer ODM services, but the broader evidence indicates limited demonstrated innovation infrastructure.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly reports customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, OEM service for popular brands, and ODM service. These statements directly support a broad customization offering, although 3D software design services are not provided.
