We have a three-step quality inspection process: 1. Pre-production: We will send free samples for your confirmation before mass production. 2. In-production: Our QC team conducts random checks every 2 hours to monitor production standards. 3. Post-production: Our Poster Materials will be inspected by a third-party testing agency (SGS).

The MOQ varies by product type-for basic styles of flex banner, it is 100 rolls; for customized products, it is 20ft container. If you need a small batch for trial sales first, we can discuss a flexible MOQ solution. As for the lead time, it takes 15/20 working days for basic styles orders, and 30-40 working days for customized ones. We will also provide a production schedule and update you on the progress weekly.

We accept common international payment terms to meet your needs: * For new customers: 30% T/T deposit in advance, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L. * For regular customers: We can offer more favorable terms such as 50% deposit + 50% balance within 30 days after delivery, or L/C at sight. * We also support payment platforms like PayPal for small sample orders.

We offer film thicknesses of 80micron, 90micron, and 100micron, with custom options ranging from 80 to 200 microns.
