In a Grade C cleanroom, glass vials are washed inside and out with Water for Injection, then dried and depyrogenated in a tunnel oven per Chinese Pharmacopoeia. In a Grade A area, inspection and packaging are automated, with vials sealed in sterile Tyvek pouches. Packaged products are sterilized with ethylene oxide. The entire process is fully validated to ensure ready-to-use sterility and depyrogenation.
