The family covers three builds. High porosity is 55 to 60 percent with 25 to 35 micron pores at 1.0 to 2.0 mm, the mid build is 45 to 55 percent with 20 to 25 micron pores at 0.2 to 1.0 mm, and the fine build is 35 to 45 percent with 10 to 20 micron pores at 0.25 to 0.35 mm. This grade is the mid build, balanced between gas release and contact area.

Q:Is titanium stable on the oxygen side of a PEM cell?

Titanium passivates and forms a thin oxide that still conducts, but contact resistance rises over time. For long life anodic service a platinum or iridium coating is recommended, and we can quote coated material with the coating thickness and loading stated.

Width is supplied up to 300 mm and cut to your active area with plus or minus 0.2 mm on length and width. Edges are laser or die cut without delamination. Drawings in step or dxf format are accepted.
