Q:Do you support customization and logo printing?

Yes, we provide both ODM&OEM service. If you need customized service, you should only provide the product drawings and show us the detailed request.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Generally, 30% deposit T/T before production, 70% balance before shipment.
Q:How do you guarantee the quality of mass production?
A:
Before mass production, we can send sample to confirm first. During the production, we have QC to make sure every process is under controlled. And the final inspection before shipment. The testing video would be sent before shipment.
Q:How long is your delivery time?
A:
Owning a 150,000 square meter plant and over 500 employees, generally a regular 20ft order would be delivered within 15 days.
Q:How long does it take to develop a new molding?
A:
Generally speaking, it would within 20-30 days.
