Yes, we provide both ODM&OEM service. If you need customized service, you should only provide the product drawings and show us the detailed request.
Q:What is the payment term?
A:
Generally, 30% deposit T/T before production, 70% balance before shipment. For payments <=1000USD, 100% in advance. For payments >=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.
Q:How do you guarantee quality?
A:
Before mass production, we send samples for confirmation. During production, QC ensures every process is controlled. Final inspection is done before shipment, and testing videos are sent.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Generally, a regular 20ft order is delivered within 15 days. Lead time varies by quantity: 1-10 tons takes 7 days, 10-25 tons takes 10 days, 25-100 tons takes 30 days, and >100 tons is to be negotiated.
Q:How long does it take to develop a new mold?
A:
Generally, it takes within 20-30 days to develop a new molding according to the drawings.
