Q:What is a case erector and case sealer line?
A:
It is an integrated packaging system that automatically erects flat corrugated cartons, folds the bottom flaps, then seals the top and bottom of the carton with tape in one continuous line ready for your products to be packed and shipped.
Q:What type of cartons can the line handle?
A:
It is mainly designed for RSC (regular slotted) corrugated cartons fed in flat form. If you use other carton styles (half-slotted, die-cut, etc.), send us your carton samples or drawings and we will confirm the best solution.
Q:What carton size range does it support?
A:
The working size range depends on the machine model and is customizable. Please provide your minimum and maximum carton dimensions(LXWXH) and we will recommend the right configuration for you.
Q:How many workers are needed to run the line?
A:
The system is designed for labor saving. Normally one operator is enough to load flat cartons into the magazine and monitor the line; the erecting and sealing process itself is fully automatic.
Q:What is the production speed?
A:
Output depends on carton size, machine model and the speed of your upstream and downstream equipment. Tell us your carton size and target daily output, and we will confirm the achievable speed for your specific case.
