The cobot arm palletizer works safely alongside operators without a safety fence, so it can be added to an existing packing area where a guarded traditional palletizer will not fit.
Palletizing patterns are set on the touch screen panel, so your own staff can switch to a new carton box, bag or bottle format without an external robot programmer.
The same cobot palletizer handles carton boxes, cases, bags, bottles, jars, cans, buckets and shrink wrapped trays, which reduces the number of end of line machines needed for a mixed product range.
The stacking robot arm takes a small floor area at the end of the line and runs on 220V single phase power, so it can be installed in a normal workshop without a heavy electrical upgrade
The palletizing robot takes over the repeated lifting of 15kg loads at the end of the line, keeping output steady across shifts and lowering the risk of back injury for workers.
Seamless End-of-Line Integration: Easily integrates with conveyors, carton erectors and bag filling and sealing machines to build a complete automatic palletizing line.

Q:What is the difference between a cobot palletizer and a traditional palletizer?
A:
Collaborative robot palletizer is fenceless and works next to your operators, while a traditional palletizer needs a safety cage, more floor space and a robot programmer.
Q:Which products and package types can it palletize?
A:
Carton boxes,cases,paper bags,shrink wrapped trays,bottles,glass jars, cans,buckets and canisters. Typical applications are beverage, dairy, food, chemical and daily chemical packing lines.
Q:Does the cobot palletizer need a safety fence?
A:
It is designed for fenceless operation and can share the working area with trained operators. A light curtain or area scanner can be added if your local safety standard requires extra protection.
Q:Can it integrate with my existing production line?
A:
Yes. The palletizer can be linked with your existing conveyor, bag filling, carton erecting or sealing machines. Our engineers evaluate your current line and provide integration drawings and interfaces so the system runs as one complete end-of-line solution.
Q:What site conditions are required for installation?
A:
Generally a level concrete floor, sufficient working space around the machine, and standard power supply (110V/220V/380V/415V available). We provide a site preparation checklist before delivery, and our team can guide the installation step by step.
