Q:How many operators are needed?
A:
One operator is enough to monitor the line and load pouches and product. No specialist technician is required for daily running.
Q:What are the power and air requirements?
A:
Standard: 380 V 50 Hz 3mphase 220 V/60 Hz or other voltages available for your market). Compressed air at 0.6 to 0.8 MPa, consumption stated in the quotation. Exact figures depend on the configuration we will list them clearly in the offer.
Q:Can it run my product if it is sticky, oily or dusty?
A:
Sticky and oily products need anti-sticking coatings and modified chute design; dusty products need dust extraction. Both are available but please send a sample so we can verify on the machine instead of guessing.
Q:Can you test my product and my pouches?
A:
Yes.Send 5 to 10 kg of product and 100 to 200 empty pouches, and we will run a test, record a video with the actual speed and accuracy,
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
Our standard terms are 30% deposit by T/T, and the balance paid before shipment.
