Automatic Vertical Packaging Machine for Coco Coffee Powder Filling and Seal Wrapping

A vertical form fill seal (VFFS) machine runs a flat roll of film, forms it into a tube around a forming collar, makes the vertical fin seal, doses powder into the tube with an auger (screw) filler, then makes the top and bottom end seals and cuts the bag automatically, in one continuous cycle. Unlike a weighing-based granule machine, the powder version uses volumetric screw dosing and normally includes dust control, anti-static and seal-protection features.

Any free-flowing to slightly cohesive dry powder: milk powder, protein powder, flour, cocoa, coffee, tea powder, spices, seasoning, sugar, salt, food additives, vitamin and herbal powder, detergent powder

Typical output is around 20-100 bags per minute for small sachets depending on fill weight, powder flowability, bag size

From one machine (with the correct forming collar and jaw set): pillow bag, gusseted / block-bottom bag, quad-seal bag, 3-side seal and 4-side seal pouch, and linked sachet chains.
