A high-precision multihead weigher can be integrated so every bag is weighed to tight tolerances, minimizing overfill and giveaway this pays back quickly on expensive ingredients. For powders or stable granules, auger or volumetric cup feeders are also available; the right option is confirmed against your product.

Standard pillow (back-seal) bags are formed directly from roll film, with adjustable bag length on the touchscreen. Bag width depends on the model frame; please share your bag dimensions and we will confirm the matching configuration

Output depends on product characteristics, bag size and the feeding system typically from tens of bags per minute. We recommend sending a product sample so we can test and give you a real speed figure for your material.

It works with heat-sealable roll films such as OPP/PE, PET/AL/PE and other laminated films, including printed film the photo-eye color mark registration keeps printed patterns correctly aligned at every cut.
