It is a set of connected machines that do the whole job in sequence: bottle feeding, auger powder dosing, capping, sealing and labeling, and optionally checkweighing and carton packing so an empty bottle goes in at one end and a sealed, labeled product comes out at the other.

Free-flowing and semi-free-flowing dry powders such as milk powder, protein powder, coffee, cocoa, spice and chili powder, flour, sugar, salt, detergent powder, talcum powder and cosmetic loose powder. Very sticky or highly aerated powders need an agitator hopper and weight-feedback dosing, which we quote separately.

A single-head line runs from 20 up to about 30 bottles per minute; a 4-head line reaches roughly 40 to 60 bottles per minute. Speed depends on fill weight and cap type, and we confirm it with a live video test on your product before shipment.

Normally 10 to 20 minutes. There is no tool needed for the auger and cup swap, and unsaved settings can be stored as a recipe on the touch screen so the next changeover is a recall, not a setup.
