The pouch is printed and finished before it reaches your line, so the shelf look is better and a new format is a new bag, not a new forming set. Trade-off: pouches cost more per unit.
Q:Which pouch formats can it run?
A:
Flat, stand-up, zipper and spout pouches. Send me two of your empty pouches and I will confirm.
Q:What pouch sizes can it handle?
A:
Your real pouch decides it,send me two and I will confirm.
Q:What output can we expect?
A:
20-60 bags per minute. It moves with the pouch, product and filler, so send me your pouch and I will quote the sustained rate.
Q:What products can it fill, and how accurate is it?
A:
Granules, powders, pieces and pastes, each with its own dosing system. Accuracy is 0.5g ; the giveaway is the cost that repeats on every pouch.
