Q:What products can this machine pack?

It is designed for free-flowing granular products such as rice,beans,seeds,coffee beans,nuts, candies,dried fruits,snacks,grains,pet food pellets,fertilizers,chemical and plastic granules, and similar materials. Products that flow freely and do not bridge in the hopper are ideal.

Q:What films can be used?

Heat-sealable laminated roll films such as OPP/PE, PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, NY/PE and similar structures. If your film has printed patterns, the photocell color-mark tracking ensures correct print alignment on every bag.

Q:What are the power and air requirements?

The machine requires a stable electricity supply (220V, 50/60Hz options available) and clean compressed air at approximately 0.6 MPa. Exact consumption values will be provided in the technical datasheet for your model.

Q:Is the machine food-grade and easy to clean?

All parts in contact with the product the 12 head weigher hoppers,funnels and filling chute are made of 304 stainless steel,meeting food hygiene requirements. The open design makes daily cleaning and product changeover fast and simple.

Q:What maintenance does it need?

Daily cleaning of the product contact area,regular lubrication of moving parts, checking sealing jaws for cleanliness,and routine inspection of belts/chains are the main items. The machine uses standard commercial parts, so spares are easy to source.
