Our palletizing robot handles bags, cartons, drums, pails and mixed loads. Multiple stacking patterns can be stored and switched quickly to suit different product sizes and package types on the same line.
Q:What is the palletizing capacity?
A:
Capacity depends on the model, package weight and stacking pattern. Typical collaborative palletizers handle up to 10 cycles per minute. Please share your product size, weight and target output, and we will recommend the right model with a confirmed cycle time.
Q:Does the palletizer need a safety fence?
A:
Collaborative palletizers are designed to work safely alongside operators. Force-sensing collision detection and configurable safety functions reduce guarding requirements, but the final layout depends on your site conditions and local regulations. We provide a safety assessment with each proposal.
Q:Can it integrate with my existing production line?
A:
Yes. The palletizer can be linked with your existing conveyor, bag filling, carton erecting or sealing machines. Our engineers evaluate your current line and provide integration drawings and interfaces so the system runs as one complete end-of-line solution.
Q:What site conditions are required for installation?
A:
Generally a level concrete floor, sufficient working space around the machine, and standard power supply (110V/220V/380V/415V available). We provide a site preparation checklist before delivery, and our team can guide the installation step by step.
