Q:Can you send technician oversea?

Yes. we can send technician oversea for installation and training, just customer shall cover his tickets/living/food/salary during his trip. In fact, we will do enough test and set machine well before shipment, and make special manual also training video special for your order. Most customer do not ask for technician flying oversea, because they can easily follow our training video and manual for operation.

so I'm worrying ifl could use the machine in my factory?

Q:How is this machine different from a chamber vacuum sealer?
A:
A chamber machine pulls the vacuum inside a closed box, so bag size and product height are limited by the chamber opening. This unit is an external (nozzle-type) machine: air is drawn out through a suction nozzle at the bag mouth and the seal is made outside the machine body, so long, tall or thick packs can be handled without a chamber. If your product is very wet or dusty, tell us and we will confirm whether another configuration fits better.
Q:Which bags can I use with it?
A:
Heat-sealable vacuum bags. Aluminum foil vacuum bags, the type shown in our product photos, are one common option for food packing. Send us a bag sample and we will confirm the correct sealing setting for your material before shipment.
