This vertical packing machine runs fully automatically, with the operator just loading film and product.
The machine turns a film roll into finished bags, so no premade pouches are needed.
The machine forms, fills, seals and cuts every bag from roll film in one continuous pass.
Servo film pulling keeps film tension and bag length steady while the machine runs.
Its vertical layout packs the full packing process into a small floor space.
The PLC and touch screen put speed, bag length and sealing temperature under parameter control.
A photoelectric color mark sensor keeps printed film registered on every bag.
It warns the operator when the film roll runs out, so material waste stays low.
The screen shows fault messages, so the operator can find the cause quickly.
Film roll change is quick, so the machine gets back into production with little downtime.

Q:What is the packing speed?
A:
Typical output is around 20-100 bags per minute for small sachets depending on fill weight, powder flowability, bag size
Q:Which bag styles can I run?
A:
From one machine (with the correct forming collar and jaw set): pillow bag, gusseted / block-bottom bag, quad-seal bag, 3-side seal and 4-side seal pouch, and linked sachet chains. If you need a stand-up pouch with a zip, that is normally done on a pre-made pouch machine instead we can advise which format suits your product and market.
Q:What materials are the contact parts made of?

Q:What film materials can the machine run?
A:
Common options are laminated films such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, OPP/CPP, kraft/PE and coated paper laminates, in thicknesses from roughly 40 to 120 microns depending on structure. Heat-sealable roll stock with the seal layer facing inward is required. If you send us a film sample we can run a sealing test and give you the recommended jaw temperature, pressure and dwell time.
Q:Do you offer nitrogen flushing for oxygen-sensitive powders?
A:
Yes. Nitrogen flushing and gas-flush valve options are available for milk powder, coffee, protein, matcha and other oxidation-sensitive products.
