Factory existing samples are free, but you need to pay the shipping freight. For customized samples, a fee is charged but can be returned after placing an order.

Factory existing samples can be prepared within 2-3 days. Customized samples take 5-7 days.

Q:What is the production lead time?

For orders less than 50,000 pieces, the lead time is 15-35 days. For orders over 50,000 pieces, it is negotiable.

Q:What are the payment terms?

For TT, we require a 30% deposit with the balance paid against the copy of shipping documents. For LC, we only accept Irrevocable At Sight L/C.

Q:What is the FOB port?

Our regular FOB ports are Guangzhou or Shanghai, but you can also appoint any port in China.
