Pls send designs in pdf file, pls fill order form, when our sales rep rcvd your orders, we will arrange layout and strike off and pps for your approval

How many logos and sponsor images can I add?

You can add an unlimited number of logos whether its sponsor, team or any other images you'd like on your teamwear without extra costs. The higher the image quality and format, the better the logo will print.

I'd like to make some changes to the Template design, will I be charged extra?

We allow up to 2 free iterations. Any additional changes may incur fees. Otherwise if we feel your changes are a Full Customs level we will always discuss it before adding charges.

I'd like to see some designs, feel the material or check sizes for a good fit? We'd love to help you out any way we can. for teamwear we have some ready to ship samples so that you check quality, if you have custom designs/sizes/patterns, pls contact our sales rep to arrange samples

2-3 weeks for most of teamwear and sports uniform; 4-6 weeks for cuting and sewing hoodie and tracksuits orders with screen print or embroidery, Urgent orders(3 to 14days) can be negotiated with extra cost.

Can we order an extra kit for an old purchase?

Absolutely! Let us know the kit and any details and we'll get it to you, for full sublimation products, we will charge as bulk order, for cuting and sewing, it need be negotiated.

To deliver the highest quality products, it is essential that we receive the correct high quality vectorised artwork in one of the following formats:.ai (Adobe Illustrator): This is a vector based file created in Adobe Illustrator and is the preferred format for all decoration and will produce the highest quality finish .pdf (portable document file): A high resolution PDF file is acceptable as long as the original file was created in Adobe Illustrator
