Heated air is circulated within the furnace by a fan, ensuring uniform heating. Once the powder particles reach their melting point, they melt and react, forming a three-dimensional network structure, resulting in the final coating properties (hardness, adhesion, weather resistance).

Employing methods such as top air supply, bottom air return or side air supply, opposite air return is recommended. Flow distribution plates (with perforated baffles) are installed on the top/side of the furnace body to ensure that hot air evenly and completely covers the workpiece. High air volume, low air pressure design: Ensures sufficient gas circulation times and reduces temperature differences.

For ovens with a volume of 10 cubic meters or less, electric heating is recommended. Larger ovens can be heated by gas or diesel. Infrared heating is more suitable for specific applications, such as for MDF boards or as a supplementary preheating zone for convection ovens.
